Thom and Anna Yates are the Location Pastors of Equippers Church in Richmond. They first met whilst studying at University in Chester. In 2012, as Anna finished her final year of university, Thom completed an internship at Equippers Church and has been on staff at Equippers since. Anna is a Primary School teacher and is passionate about seeing a generation of children reach their full potential.

In 2020, Thom and Anna studied at Equippers College in Auckland, New Zealand; this became formative in their development towards church leadership.

Both Thom and Anna are highly relational and thrive when working alongside others. They have a heart to serve the church and to see God’s Kingdom advance.
