Mark and Monica are the Senior Pastors of Equippers Church in Surrey. Having first begun a career as an airline pilot with British Airways, Mark felt the call to enter full-time ministry in 2003.

Mark has a passion to see people discover their full potential and be empowered to live out a faith-filled life for Jesus. Monica is a dynamic leader and brings a powerful, prophetic edge when she preaches.

Mark and Monica have four amazing children; Caleb, Joshua, Elsie and Ruby.
