Sam Malcolm, alongside his wife Nicola, is the Location Pastor of Equippers Church in Richmond.

Sam and Nicola met at Equippers while studying at Royal Holloway University. They graduated in 2016 and did the Equippers Internship Programme, where they took on the Young Adults ministry. Nicola has been on staff at Equippers since then, while Sam has worked in Engineering and Infrastructure roles. In 2022, they were both involved in Equippers College UK; Nicola as College Manager and Sam as a student in the first intake. They have both been involved in lots of roles in church, but most recently have had oversight of the 5pm and Youth and Young Adults Ministries.

As well as leading Equippers Church in Richmond, Sam also runs Generation Unstoppable while Nicola is employed to manage Equippers College UK and oversee Youth and Young Adults. They are passionate about seeing people, particularly the Next Generation, step into the call God has for them. They love the church and they love to serve the church, being part of creating spaces where people can radically encounter Jesus.
